Welcome to Nick’s! I purchased Nick’s House of Ribs in April 2016 and have set out to make Nick’s the world class restaurant that I think it should be. My staff and I have been hard at work improving the menu, food quality, service, staff, and every little thing that we think you deserve, while being cautious in keeping enough of what you have come to know and love in Nick’s. Nothing has been spared, untouched, unexamined, or unimproved in our quest to make Nick’s truly a world class dining experience. We hope you like the changes we have made at Nick’s. We are truly excited about the bright new future of Nick’s, and most importantly the chance to meet you and your family.
